issue a certification that guarantees 2 years of  no leaks. If your roof leaks during that time, A + Superior Roofing repairs

the roof for free. Roof Certifications come out to $300.00 plus any roof repairs that need to be completed to achieve

a leak free roof.

dry rot on your overhangs and rafters. Gutter guards are designed to keep debris out of your gutter and prevent you from dry rot repairs.
